Potatoes? Yes, but not fried.

According to a study published by the journal American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, eating potato chips is very bad for health. Specifically, the study examined the consumption of Potatoes cooked in different ways, in a sample of 4400 individuals in a 45-79 age group. The study showed that those who regularly consumed fries twice a week saw doubled the risk of death compared to those who ate potatoes prepared with different cooking methods (boiled, stewed or mashed).
